ADULT CODE OF CONDUCT

Ø             Always set a good example

Ø             Encourage the players to be magnanimous in victory and good-natured in defeat

Ø             Never ridicule or shout at a player for making a mistake

Ø             Applaud good play by players of both teams

Ø             Not question the decisions of the referee or linesmen, and never doubt their honesty

Ø             Remember that young players are not playing to satisfy your ambitions

Ø             Remember also that players are involved for their enjoyment – not yours

Ø             Take responsibility for encouraging young people to always play by the rules and in the spirit of good sportsmanship

Ø             Agree to pay all Club subscriptions promptly, as they become due

Physical, racial, sexual, emotional or verbal abuse will not be tolerated by Horsham Tigers Football Club, and offenders will be reported, sanctioned and if appropriate banned
